Payment
All artwork must be paid for in full before it is dispatched.
Postage & Packaging
Postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated according to the size and weight of the item.
Prints & Greeting Cards
All prints and cards are carefully packaged for safe delivery.
Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Redfern Art as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, a replacement arranged.
Original Artwork
Original paintings may be delivered using a professional art courier, with delivery arrangements agreed in advance.
