By signing this form, you confirm that:

• You will follow the instructions and safety guidance given by the studio owner.
• You understand that art materials may contain substances that could cause skin irritation, fumes, stains, or damage to clothing.
• You agree to take reasonable care while using studio equipment and facilities.
• You will inform the studio owner of any allergies, medical conditions, or breathing difficulties that could be affected by art materials or fumes.

Participants are advised to wear clothing that they do not mind getting paint or art materials on. Redfern Art cannot accept responsibility for staining or damage to clothing or personal belongings that may occur during normal studio activities.

Visitors may use studio seating, tables, art materials, and toilet facilities. Care should be taken when moving around the studio to avoid slips, trips, or accidents.

While reasonable care is taken to provide a safe studio environment, visitors participate at their own risk and are responsible for following studio safety instructions at all times.
