Lead time
Giclée prints are printed to order and may take up to three weeks for production and delivery. HD photographic prints and art cards are dispatched as soon as practically possible, usually within one week, while original artworks are shipped once a suitable specialist art courier has been arranged, with times varying for UK and international delivery.

Each piece of artwork is created, prepared and packaged with great care from the Dorset studio. Whether purchasing an original painting, print or commissioned work, the aim is to provide a smooth and reliable experience from enquiry through to delivery.
Payment
All artwork must be paid for in full before it is dispatched.
Postage & Packaging
Postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated according to the size and weight of the item.

All prints and cards are carefully packaged for safe delivery.
Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Redfern Art as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, a replacement arranged.

Original paintings may be delivered using a professional art courier, with delivery arrangements agreed in advance.
